And… this was on a Sunday! They are the greatest. I also called them for a 60 foot tree that was threatening my house. They did a fantastic job and are always respectful of property. Upon arrival, Lou took the time to educate us on our multiple types of Palms, explain exactly how they would be trimmed and why, and confirmed the pricing - as he stated "no one likes surprises". I was just one of hundreds of calls he received. He made the whole process stress free and was extremely timely on getting the tree removed. He had a crew in my area that day and before I knew it the tree was removed. His team took precautions to ensure there was no damage during the removal process. He also provided a point of contact for stump grinding.
